Each round or area is a roving team in iSite™: a team, not a place. Carers sign on at each visit, and the office has an honest record of who was where, and for how long, without following anyone around.

Sign on at every visit

A carer scans their team's QR code on their own phone and picks the visit from today's list, or logs an extra one. Nothing to install in the client's home, and only your own staff can use the code.

Who is out, and where

A live map shows a pin for each carer currently on a visit, so the office knows who is out and roughly where. The register keeps every sign-on with its time and location.

No tracking in between

Location is captured when a carer signs on and when they sign off, and at no other time. Your carers are accountable for their visits, not tracked through their day.

Role-based access scopes every screen, a suspended account can't sign on, and every action leaves an audit trail. Carers can see their own visit history, and only their own.

iSite™ records your workforce's attendance. It is not a care-planning, medication or care-records system, and holds no information about the people you care for beyond the client name and address you choose to add to a visit.
