Four ways through the gate
A shared tablet kiosk, a printed QR / short-code gate poster, a scan on a worker's own phone, or a fast-track carry-over from another of your sites. Never a bypass.
Live attendance & one-tap muster
An always-honest on-site register, backed by append-only events. In an evacuation, managers run an interactive roll-call from any device.
Man-hours you can trust
A shift the worker closed themselves is measured. One auto-closed at the site's maximum is clearly marked estimated, never mixed and always in its own column. CSV export.
Geofencing as evidence
Location is captured at sign-in and sign-out and judged against the site boundary. Advisory by default, so a poor or missing fix never locks a worker out unless you choose to enforce it.
Emergency evacuation SMS

Toolbox talks
Keep a library of reusable talks, each with an optional PDF or Word handout. Record every delivery on a site with its date and presenter, then take attendance on one device from the people with access to that site, capturing signatures on the spot. Attendance is append-only, so it can't be changed after the fact.
Permits to work
Hot works, working at height, confined space, excavation and general permits, each with its own precautions checklist. The issuer confirms every precaution and signs, and the receiver signs to accept. Each permit keeps its checklist exactly as it was at issue, is handed back with a signature or cancelled with a reason, and shows in a live view of what's open across your sites.
Construction phase plan
One living plan per site, structured around the CDM 2015 sections: programme, management, induction and welfare, emergency procedures, and significant safety and health risks. Contract managers write and publish it, the site's management team can read it, and a status view shows which sites have no plan, a draft or a published one.
